Zell am See

Zell am See is a lakeside town with a charming old center and lively nightlife. Neighbouring Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn glacier offer all year round skiing.

Unlike some other Austrian ski resorts, this one is not a small rustic village. There are fewer pistes suitable for beginners. Other than the glacier, pistes are not that high so the snow conditions may not always be perfect.
